“We’re thinking outside of the box and looking at how we can recruit women, people of color and recently graduated high schoolers, and really get them involved because there are so many opportunities for folks to have livable wages and develop generational wealth,” he said. “We look at folks who are coming out of prison and need a second chance, and we also look at veterans who are looking for a new direction.”
